This is a traditional, exclusive assemblage by Domaine des Balisiers of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Baliverne (a proprietary wine sort of Balisiers), aged in oak barriques and clay amphorae.

Cherry compote notes and vanilla fragrances. Goes elegantly with red meats and grill parties. Excellent red aperitif wine with mini-pizzas, canapés and cheesecakes.

Ready to drink with a potential of 8-10 years.
