The Pinot Gris parchments are immediately recognizable by their rosy clusters, which give the pressing an amber and slightly orange color. Pale color with green highlights. The mouth is voluminous, with the sweet scents of yellow apples and pineapple associated with a beautiful power. The finish is fresh and lemony. Domaine des Balisiers exclusively planted this grape on selected terroirs in Peissy AOC and Château de Sierne. This wine is particularly suitable for tasting as an aperitif and is often drunk with vegetable terrines and fois gras, Arctic char and perch fillets. Tasting: Ready to drink with a potential of three years. "... finesse, purity and harmony!" (24h)
Sauvignon Blanc has the distinction of being raised without second fermentation (malolactic) to keep all its liveliness. Our Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the gravelly soil of Plan-les-Ouates, on the Rive Gauche du Rhône. Tasting: with its pale color we do not expect such an exotic explosion on the nose! Indeed, this very aromatic Sauvignon is marked by mango, exotic fruits and lime. On the palate, it is still intense with citrus fruits and blackcurrant buds. There is also a nice fat and a long acidulous finish. "The Sauvignon Blanc, which succeeds very well in the canton of Geneva, seduced us by the aromatic complexity which revealed the blackcurrant bud, the elderflower, the tomato leaf, evolving in a beautiful expression and a varietal freshness typical of the variety. Eye Straw yellow color, green hues, slightly silvery. Nose Beautiful wine of complexity, a Chenin Blanc combining gourmand fruit and well harmonized by connotations toasted, vanilla brought by the aging of 18 months in half muid. Stuffy The attack on the palate is intense, a beautiful material to discover between aromas of fruit and marriage with the breeding molten in the structure of this wine. The wine has a nice balance despite a powerful complexity. Conclusion A beautiful length is emerging but lacks to this day a little freshness to obtain an ideal depth.
